Five OQ eLearning courses and 150 OQ Check Assessments were added to the OQSG Library in 2023. Pinion LMS and SCORM customers can access the new eLearning courses that cover a variety of topics on Joining Plastic Pipe and NDT. The Check assessments are available to all OQSG customers who would like to conduct OQSG Skills Assessments on a smartphone or tablet. We have several more new courses coming soon!

We successfully deployed several improvements to Pinion LMS this year. Some of them include: 

• Developed and implemented a new media player
• Added Single Sign-on
• New and improved widgets for the Administrator Dashboard
• Enhanced Pinion Check Functionality to support single-page assessments and improved navigation

Updates & Reminders

• Company Growth and Advancement: We added many new contractors and operators this year. Our new onboarding process streamlines the agreement process, account setup, and administrator training so that we can help identify the best tools to support customer training and compliance needs.
• Operator Roundtable: We hosted our annual Operator Roundtable on November 9th in Lafayette, LA with several OQSG Operators in attendance. The agenda included course reviews, new course development, new technology, and much more. The collaboration was beneficial for Operators and the OQSG Program. Thank you!

• Custom Content Development: OQSG Operators partnered with us on several custom content development projects this year. We have several solutions such as Pinion Course Builder and Check that help develop and deliver customer-specific courses.

• Consulting: OQ Program Writing/Revisions, Program Effectiveness Reviews, Operator Audit Support, and Evaluator Training were provided to OQSG Operators this year. Please contact us if you would like more information.
